Paper that exposes the situation of the Venezuelan youth regarding violence and citizen security in order to characterize and make visible the vulnerability and exclusion they are subject to. It analyses two situations that disrupt the lives of young people: armed and police violence in the case of men; and sexual violence and teen pregnancy in the case of women. The paper ends with a series of public policy recommendations to reduce such vulnerability.
